Introduction
Companion Stock is not a stock advisory site but a demonstration of an Artificial Intelligence capable of predicting the evolution of indices such as the CAC 40 and the DAX.
Stock Trading
Stock trading is a speculative method consisting of buying and selling assets to realize capital gains.
Trading can be based on technical analysis of market prices.
It involves identifying trends in order to anticipate fluctuations in financial products based on the study of their graphical representations.
This technique concerns stocks but can also apply to all types of assets such as currency pairs, as well as derivatives or other futures contracts.
Artificial Intelligence
To perform trading through technical analysis, Companion Stock uses an innovative proprietary Artificial Intelligence capable of modeling the market and the behavior of traders.
Indeed, to be effective, the network must not only model the market but also the techniques employed by traders.
Companion Stock's artificial intelligence consists of a set of data on financial markets allowing its learning, an expert system gathering all the techniques of traders, and several neural networks.
This AI reproduces the behavior of traders in the face of the market and indicates the buying and selling of Calls and Puts on indices.
Types of Trading
With the help of Companion Stock, it is possible to buy derivative products such as Turbos or warrants on indices in Swing and Day trading.
Swing trading is a speculative strategy whereby the tradable asset is held for only a few days to take advantage of its price fluctuations both upwards and downwards.
For Day trading, the asset is bought and sold on the same day.
Turbos
Turbos allow you to invest in an underlying asset while offering a leverage effect that can be moderate to high.
They are characterized by an exercise price and a deactivation barrier: if the price of the underlying asset reaches this barrier, downwards in the case of a Call and upwards in the case of a Put, the Turbo is deactivated and its value becomes zero.
The investor then loses the entire invested capital, but not beyond.
Warrants
Warrants allow you to invest in an underlying asset with leverage, upwards in the case of a Call Warrant, or downwards in the case of a Put Warrant.
The leverage effect amplifies the performance of the underlying asset both upwards and downwards, which can be favorable or unfavorable to the investor.
Options
An option in the stock market is a contract that gives the right to buy a stock or an index at a later date, at the expiration date, at a predetermined price.
When buying an option, the trader hopes to realize a capital gain compared to this predetermined price.
Options can be traded upwards, they are then called Calls, or downwards, they are then called Puts.
A Put allows you to make a profit when the index value decreases.
Usage
Companion Stock should not be followed to the letter but rather used as a trading companion.
Therefore, do not hesitate to contradict it in order to achieve better performance than it.
Companion can be a true ally in choosing your trading.
